Everyone is looking for some way to make an online income. Period Its a real fact everyone wants to learn to earn.

Everyone I speak to online always says the same story we found a company we really  liked it we joined and now we are lost and cant find the  person that told us all the great things about the company they just joined.

 Or its something like this we need help some kind of guidance please can you help.

What they need is a mentor they want people to show them how to do this and not just talk about how much money they make.

They want people to show them how to earn an online income everyone just wants to talk about how much money they made how cool their car is how awesome their big house is or houses. How many commissions that they made last month.

Then these so called gurus all have the same line about what which is absolutely nothing that will help the person who is asking for the help.

All they say is look I did it that means you can do it well they arent  you.

Someone has to to show them how to do it how to be a mentor is that outlet is that authority in this space .

We are just so sick of the fake it to make it that we are going to show people you can learn to earn online.

How understanding are you right now of your current mentee the person looking to you who wants some guidance?? 

Are you will to listen to this person when ever they call? 

Are you willing to help this person when everyone else has tuned there back on them 

Are you willing to look this person in the eye and tell them when they are wrong? 

These are real question mentors have to ask themselves before they become a mentor. Do I really want this? Am I cut out for this? Are they really going to listen? 

These are questions I have been asking myself lately when I am teaching people to earn and online income. I am not mean about it so don’t worry LOL. 

Mentoring now a days where everyone wants the results in the next 4 minutes is challenging and at work your last dam nerve cause people are so very inpatient its crazy. Mentoring just like everything takes time its not easy going from your set ways to listening to someone else show you a whole new skill set and teach you an entirely different way of doing things in your life and online. 

Now everyone wants to make 1k in the next 24 hours or they think the business is a failure and start saying to them selves

I knew this was going to work.

SO that’s where the mentor comes in and starts opening doors and turning on the lights showing people this can be done it just takes a lot of hard work and time something we are all limited on.

How to be a Mentor isn’t  here to get rich off of you we are here to show you this can be done and you can achieve your goals with a little help and a kick in the ass every once.
